Edo Gov Adams Oshiomhole give N1m to a plantain seller

Edo state governor Adams Oshiomhole is reported to have given N1million to a plantain seller for saying hello to him during an inspection of the New Benin market on Tuesday January 7th. Wow..is this actually true, so I can do the same. LOL
