At the10th Lagos Executive/Legislative parley Gov Fashola wants Nigerian Stock exchange renamed after Lagos

Lagos State governor Babatunde Fashola demanded a review of the decree which changed the Lagos Stock Exchange to Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1977, noting that across the world, stock exchanges are named after their host cities and not the country. He asked that a similar trend should be followed in Nigeria.
